Where do you ship from?
We send goods from Lithuania.
Can I change or cancel my order?
As we aim to process orders as quickly as possible, you must make any changes or cancellations within 12 hours of placing your order. Subsequent applications will be rejected. After receiving the product, you can return it for a full refund.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX) and PayPal.
When will my order be processed?
All orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse. Orders may take longer to process during holidays and sales. We process orders Monday through Friday. Orders will be processed within 1-3 business days from the day the order is placed and shipped the next day after processing. Please note that we do not ship on weekends.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Due to high demand, orders may be delivered within 1-2 weeks.
What if I don't receive my order?
If you do not receive your order within 14 days of dispatch, you are entitled to a full refund.

What if I received a faulty, incorrect or damaged product?
Please contact us if you have received an incorrect, missing or defective item. When you receive your package, please include your order number, product photos, and all related information. We will do our best to resolve your issue as soon as possible.
When will I receive my refund?
All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment. If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be transferred to the card-issuing bank within 7-10 working days of receiving the returned item or requesting the cancellation of the order. Please contact your card issuing bank for questions about when the refund will be credited to your account. If you haven't received your refund yet, here's what to do: Contact your bank/credit card company. It may take some time for the refund to be credited to your account.
